- In a pan add 1 tsp cumin seed when it splutter add chopped onion and garlic saute for a sec.then add wash chopped palak saute for a few second then add chopped apple cut into cubes cook for around 10 -15 min.till the palak and apple little bit is soft
- Remove the apple outer layer
- After the 10 min cool down the mix and blend it in afine puree
- Then take a pan add butter when it melt add wheat flour cook.till it raw smell goes out then add milk and continously stiring it.when it start boling add salt as per taste and black pepper and add puree
- Mix it well and boil it for another 10 min..and now its done to serve.you can pour some fresh cream also
