Lastly put a pastry lid on top of the meat. On top pie :Using the rim of a glass, mark and cut rounded pastries on the puff sheet, do that to have 12 rounded pastry.Press with finger the top edge,then cut the flapping of the base pastry to get a nice edge.
  5. With a fork press on top of the whole border edge with a dental design. With a fork prick down only just one action on top centre, to let the steam out. Brush egg wash on all over top. Put in the freezer for 10'. Then put into the oven, in the middle rack. Bake for 18' until golden brown.
