- Prepare A. Black Eyed Peas
- Get 3 C soaked and boiled
- Get B. Finely Minced

- E - In a wok or deep sauce pan, heat enough oil for deep frying. Roll each ball in beaten eggs and coat evenly in bread crumbs. Turn the heat to medium low and fry until balls are lightly browned.
