- Stuff the squids, close them with a tooth pick, warm some oil in a pan and cook them for 10 min
- After 10 min, you could add some other tomatoes in the pot and cook for 20 min. You would have the squids with tomatoes sauce
This recipe makes use of the famous Goan Recheado Masala as the base. A stuffing is prepared with the tentacles of the squids (or a stuffing made with small prawns) with the masala and then stuffed in squids. To prepare the stuffed squid, first take care of cleaning the squid: rinse the squid under running water, then gently remove the head from the body with your hands and hold it aside. Remove the transparent cartilage pen which is located inside, then rinse the squid pocket under running water and remove the entrails with your fingers. Add the remaining stuffing from the pan to the tray and season with salt and pepper.
