- Make ready 4 raw bananas
- Take 2 onion
- Get 5 pieces a garlic

- Peel the raw bananas. Wash and chop each into half both vertically and horizontally. Chop the green vegetables
- Put the chopped bananas to boil. Use medium amount of water. Add the chopped green vegetable,some salt to taste and let boil for 7-10 minutes
- Boil until bananas are soft but not mash-like. When done,drain the excess water
- Put medium amount of liquid oil on a frying pan then add chopped onions. Add chopped garlic pieces and let cook until slightly brown under low heat. Add chopped Dania & the boiled mixture of bananas and vegetable in the pan and keep turning until they are soaked in the oil.
- Serve while hot. You can choose to have just like that or with nyama choma.
