  1. Heat a pan, put some oil in it. Add chicken when the oil is hot. Fry it for about 8-10 minutes. Stir it continualy, check if it's cooked by poking a fork in it. If pink juice comes out of it, keep cooking. Once done, keep it aside.
  2. In a different pan, heat some oil. Now add the miced ginger and garlic, and stir it. Quickly add onion. Cook it still it's soft. Now add all the vegggies. (Keep some spring onion aside for garnishing). In a cup, add soy sauce, half cup of water and sorn starch. Mix it. Now pour this mixture in the veggies. Let it cook on low flame for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Now add chicken in it, and cook it for another 5 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
