- Wash all the lemon and green chillies and dry them with Cotton cloth.
- Cut the lemon in small pieces and green chilli also in 2or3 pieces.
- Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl.dont press the lemon too much.keep some juice in lemon.
- Add extra lemon juice for good quantity of juice in the pickle.
- After squeezing notice that all seeds should be separated from all lemons.
- Now In a small jar collect the spices for making pickle.
- Just grind them smoothly.dont make it like powder just grind 1-2 times.
- Now keep out the spices in a bowl.add 3tbsp lemon juice.mix very well.
- Now fill this spices or stuffing in lemon and green chillies.
- Fill very gently and in chillies top to bottom.
- Now take a glass jar.add all stuffed lemon and chillies one by one.press them nicely to the jar.
- Now strain lemon juice it should end to the top of jar.otherwise u can add some more lemon juice.
- Now cover the glass jar with cup and shake the jar nicely and carefully so that juice can be mix in pickle very well.
