  1. Make ready 5-6 Raw banana
  2. Take 1/2 tsp Haldi
  3. Take as per taste Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  5. Get 1tsp Sambhar masala
  6. Get 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  7. Take as required Oil
  8. Take 6 Curry leaves
  9. Get 1tsp Mustard seeds

Steps to make Fried banana:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. add mustard and curry leaves. When the mustard seeds spluttered, add hing.
  2. Add in the dry red chilli and saute 30 seconds, before the red chilli turns black, add in the cut banana.
  3. Sprinkle haldi, chilli powder, sambhar masala and salt. Mix, well coated and shallow fry.and stir regularly. Add kasuri methi.
  4. Banana, cooked, add amchur powder. Fry well.
  5. If the vegetable is too dry, add a sprinkling of water or 1 tsp oil. Cover for about 5 minutes, not longer. - Remember, this vegetable cooks fast.so stirring and - Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
