- For RABRI…I took 1/2 litre full cream milk.. boiled….put 50 gm home made mawa and 2 tbsp sugar (you can take more)… stirring the milk continuously till reduced to half… Rabri is done
- Mix the rabri with the prepared Urad dal balls soaked in milk.. I have mixed Kesar(saffron) to rabri to get a good colour and taste…
- You can use friend dry fruits and tooty-fruity for garnishment. SARAPULI is ready. Keep in refrigerator… Tastes like icecream. Thanks
